Temporary Holiday Return Policy

To make holiday shopping worry-free, we are offering an extended 60-day return and refund period for orders placed between October 30 and January 15.
Customers who purchase during this period have 60 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange eligible items.
After January 15, our policy will automatically revert to the standard 30-day return window.

At Hero Compression, we’re committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to make the return or exchange process as simple as possible.

This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made on herocompression.com (“the Site” or “we”).


Returns

You may return most new, unused, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and condition, including any tags or accessories.

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@herocompression.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your item back.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

  • Worn or washed compression gear

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we’ll replace it at no additional cost.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please email support@herocompression.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is received and inspected, your replacement will be shipped.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to support@herocompression.com for further assistance.


Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact support@herocompression.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
