Returns
At HeroCompression, our utmost priority is your satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days from the delivery date. Here's everything you need to know:
We are pleased to accept returns for items received within 30 days of the delivery date, and we will refund the amount back to your original payment method.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service, and we will generate a return label for you.
Please ensure that the items are new and have their original tags attached.
Our return and refund policy allows you 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to request a refund, regardless of whether you are a domestic or international customer.
Rest assured; we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us at support@herocompression.com. Kindly provide your name, email address, phone number, order number, and a photo of the damage, defect, or incorrect item. We will promptly assist you and issue a refund back to your original payment method.
In the case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs, and upon inspection of the returned item, we will issue you a refund.

PREPAID RETURN LABELS
If you happen to receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will gladly provide you with a complimentary return label. However, if you wish to return an item due to buyer's remorse, meaning you have changed your mind, the responsibility for the return label will be borne by the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
At HeroCompression, we make every effort to swiftly process and ship your orders. As soon as an order is received, it is promptly forwarded to our distribution center for processing and shipping.
Please be aware that we are unable to make any changes to your order after 24 hours from the time of placement. However, if you receive an item that falls short of your expectations, we are more than happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Kindly note that, for security purposes, we are unable to modify the shipping address once an order has been placed.

If you wish to initiate an exchange for any items in your order, please reach out to us via email at support@herocompression.com. In your email, kindly specify the item you would like to return and indicate the item from our website that you would prefer as an exchange. You may simply provide us with a link to the desired item on our site. We are here to assist you with the exchange process.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you via email. We will furnish you with a return label and outline the subsequent steps and timelines for initiating a refund to your original payment method. Kindly note that the refund process may require approximately 3-5 business days to complete.
It is important to bear in mind that Hero Compression assumes no responsibility for any shipping and returns until they are received at our warehouse. We recommend retaining your proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for return packages that are lost or stolen during transit.

Once we receive your item(s), we will process the return within 1-5 business days. It is important to note that we cannot be held responsible for any return packages that are lost or stolen during transit, so we highly recommend retaining your proof of postage for reference.
HOW TO START A RETURN:
To initiate a return for your item(s), please send us an email at support@herocompression.com, stating the reason for your return. You have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to begin the return process.
For exchanges, you can also email us at the same address within the 30-day return period.
If the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged, we will provide you with a return label. However, if the return is due to buyer's remorse, the responsibility for the return label will fall on you.
Please keep in mind that all return packages undergo processing within 1-5 business days upon reaching our warehouse.
